Procedure GetBlobNodeData(AVar: PXSQLVAR; ArrayDesc: PISC_Array_Desc; ABlobNode: PIB_BlobNode );

Description
This procedure will take a BlobNode and get the data for its BLOBID and store it into the buffer with the size indicated.
